That says in the 600th year. What happened to all the talk about 1,000 years lately? (Honest question, I haven't been paying attention to a lot of things I should have)

Is it still considered "Cognitive Dissonance" if the person is fully aware that that is what's happening, but still finds something to distract themselves from it because they know there is nothing they can do about the reality of the situation?

 

I have a less than 5 things that keep me grounded. Inception made a good point about that. I didn't understand what it meant when I watched the movie, but I get it now.
