Gay/bisexual men go out and get the monkeypox vaccine at their local clinic. The vaccine contains small amounts of the disease itself, as vaccines do in order to work and create an immunity. But because said gay/bi men have most likely already taken the Covid death jab, their immune systems are now ruined, and so rather than fighting off the small levels of pox and learn immunity, their bodies are now overrun with the disease, which they then take with them out into society, infecting even more people.
