I believe I have deduced the motive behind the “New York Nuclear Attack Prepareness” stunt on Monday.

That event was a foreshadow of the left’s plot to stay in power.

Nuke a major city -blame Russia -> justify war on Russia -> declare martial law thus suspending elections just before midterms.

TLDR: The left is desperate and will thus be willing to sacrifice millions of American citizens in a nuclear false flag to stay in power.
