Former President Barack Obama reprimanded his own former White House physician for criticizing Joe Biden's cognitive healthon the 2020 presidential campaign trail, according to a forthcoming book.

"Trump never made crazy statements like the ones Biden was making almost every day," Jackson writes in his book, "but these people were jumping up and down: ‘He’s not fit to be president; he needs a cognitive test!’"

In 2020, when Jackson himself was running for Congress, the media’s lack of attention to Biden’s cognitive frailty bothered him greatly. He retweeted a video of Biden’s "latest cognitive misadventure" with the message: "Remember the cognitive test that I gave @realDonaldTrump? The one he aced! Sounds like somebody else might need some testing done!! Scary!!"

Within 20 minutes of that tweet, Jackson received a "scathing" email from President Obama.

"I have made a point of not commenting on your service in my successor’s administration and have always spoken highly of you both in public and in private. You always served me and my family well, and I have considered you not only a fine doctor and service member but also a friend," Obama wrote in the email.

"That’s why I have to express my disappointment at the cheap shot you took at Joe Biden via Twitter. It was unprofessional and beneath the office that you once held. It was also disrespectful to me and the many friends you had in our administration. You were the personal physician to the President of the United States as well as an admiral in the U.S. Navy. I expect better, and I hope upon reflection that you will expect more of yourself in the future," Obama told Jackson.

Surprised and flustered by the email, Jackson ultimately chose not to respond. Jackson recalls considering whether to call the former president, but a friend of his, radio host and conservative commentator Dan Bongino, reminded him that Obama did nothing while Jackson was in the midst of a Senate confirmation fight to be Trump's secretary for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

"So, upon reflection, I thought, You know what? Screw that guy! I’m not doing it," Jackson wrote. "I just walked away from it, which was the last time I had any contact with [Obama]," Jackson wrote. Obama did not respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

"It’s awfully ironic now, considering [Biden’s mental fitness] is all anyone, including the liberal media, can talk about," Jackson told Fox News Digital.

"Let it be known, as the White House physician for the last three presidents, I was the first to say that we have a serious problem with this man’s cognitive demise, and he will not make it four years in office. I’ve always said there would come a point where it wouldn’t be just me talking about it, but his own party, and sadly, that has proven to be the case. Joe Biden’s cognitive failures are on full display for the whole world to see," Jackson said.

"Holding the Line," which chronicles Jackson’s journey to the White House as a navy physician, his relationships with the three presidents that he served, and his early political career at a time when the political Left was determined to destroy him, comes out on July 26.

The Senate voted Tuesday to confirm Barack Obama’s Harvard Law School classmate Steve Dettelbach to head the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives(ATF).

The Hill reports that the vote was 48-46 with two Republicans siding with the Democrats in support of Dettelbach.

Those two Republicans were Sens. Susan Collins (ME) and Rob Portman (OH)

On April 11 Breitbart News pointed to a Hill report which indicated that Dettelbach was Obama’s Harvard Law School classmate.

The Daily Mail observed that Dettelbach voiced support for various gun controls during an “unsuccessful” bid to become attorney general of Ohio in 2018.

The Mail noted that Dettelbach “has called for an assault weapons ban and universal background checks.”

During Dettelbach’s unsuccessful bid for attorney general of Ohio, WOSU reported that he also opposed allowing teachers and staff to be armed for classroom defense, even in situations when those teachers and/or staff were “former military or law enforcement.”

Dettelbach was President Biden’s second choice for ATF director. His first choice, David Chipman, was nominated only to have the nomination withdrawn amid public backlash and the nominee’s failure to gain enough Senate support to be confirmed.

Breitbart News noted that Chipman was a Gabby Giffords gun control associate, that he confirmed his support for an AR-15 ban, that he allegedly made disparaging comments about black ATF agents, and that he boasted he was not a “typical” white man (because he is progressive).

A newly-elected Texas Congresswoman is calling for the defunding of the Mexican cartels effectively in control of the U.S. southwestern border.

“We need to defund the cartels,” U.S. Congresswoman Mayra Flores said during an exclusive interview in Spanish with Breitbart News, where she talked about how criminal organizations from Mexico are the only ones benefiting from the current border crisis.

Flores made history in June when she became the first Mexican-born female to be elected to the House of Representatives. She flipped Texas Congressional District 34, which was historically a Democrat stronghold.

“Unfortunately, we have a border that is in control of criminal organizations,” Flores said, referring to the operational control along the border by the Gulf Cartel and the Cartel Del Noreste faction of Los Zetas. Currently, the Gulf Cartel operates one of the most active human and drug trafficking corridors in Flores’s district. “It is a sad reality, but no one can cross the border into this country without having to pay thousands of dollars to criminal organizations.”

The issue which has been largelyignored by most politicians in Washington and helped create a cycle of violence and abuse where women and children suffer unspeakable horrors at the hands of cartel-connected smugglers, she said.

In many cases, victims suffer sexual and physical abuse. In other instances, victims are kidnapped and held for ransom. “It is something that is happening that in reality, it embarrasses me that it is happening in this country because we are better than that,” Flores added.

According to Flores, securing the border and creating a streamlined process for legal immigration would help to defund cartels.

“I believe that we need to secure our border and to help good people come here legally,” she said. “Where there is a safe process also where people can come without having to go through, like I said before, without having to go through hell.”

Many Democrats are worried about a red wave sweeping the midterm election into a doomsday scenario for the party.

Only 13 percent of voters believe President Joe Biden’s America is on the right path, and Democrats fear losing control of the House and the Senate. Some Democrats are blaming themselves for not enacting radical policies they believe could have improved their political hopes in November.

“Democrats haven’t done things they promised,” far-left strategist Connor Farrell told the Hill in an article entitled “Doomsday midterm election scenario takes shape for Democrats.”

“In this environment, the best general election candidates will be bold [ones] that can distinguish themselves from what we’re getting from the White House,” Farrell added.

Jon Reinish, managing director at the political strategy firm Mercury, also told the publication the Democrat Party has not accomplished what they promised in 2020, and as a result, Democrats are losing support in 2022.

“Democratic leadership should look no further than the fact that they need to wake up and step up to the plate,” he said. “They’re not just losing Independents or you know, Never-Trump Republicans. They’re losing their own voters,” Reinish added. “Democrats’ own voters don’t feel as if their leaders hear their concerns.”

Rather than ascribing Biden’s terrible polling numbers to failed policies that have produced 40-year-high inflation, record high gas prices, and an invasion on the southern border, Farrell said more far-left policies will produce a different and superior outcome for Democrats after the midterms.

“We think our progressive candidates are best positioned to survive the crosswinds,” said Farrell. “They are the most forceful in advocating for what Democratic voters actually want – bold leadership.”

The Democrats’ distaste for Biden’s leadership of the party comes as the establishment media is trying to dash the hopes of Biden’s political future. The New York Times has written six very hostile articles in the last month about Biden. Breitbart News reported:

On June 27, the Times‘ Jonathan Martin and Zolan Kanno-Youngs wrote the article titled “Biden Irked by Democrats Who Won’t Take ‘Yes’ for an Answer on 2024.” The article focused on the White House trying to “tamp down speculation about plans to seek re-election, while aides say President Biden is bristling at the persistent questions.”

The media are not acting alone. On Tuesday, a radical left-wing group urged Biden not to run in 2024 with a six-figure “#DontRunJoe” ad campaign. “Unfortunately, President Biden has been neither bold nor inspiring,” RootsAction told Politico. “And his prospects for winning re-election appear to be bleak. With so much at stake, making him the Democratic Party’s standard bearer in 2024 would be a tragic mistake.”

Polling shows Biden is in bad shape with Democrats. Only 26 percent of Democrat voters support Biden’s reelection, while 64 percent of Democrat voters prefer a Biden substitute, according to the Times.

Only 14 percent of voters believe Biden is definitely running in 2024. Another 14 percent say Biden will only probably run in 2024.

The Church of England Has ‘No Official Definition’ of a Woman

The Church of England refused to provide a definition of “woman,” stating that a definition would call for “additional care.”

Adam Kendry, a lay member of the General Synod—the legislative body of the Church—and a representative of the Royal Navy, asked the question in written form: “What is the Church of England’s definition of a woman?” according to The Telegraph.

”There is no official definition, which reflects the fact that until fairly recently definitions of this kind were thought to be self-evident, as reflected in the marriage liturgy,” responded Dr. Robert Innes, the Church’s Bishop in Europe. He continued, “The [Living in Love and Faith] project however has begun to explore the marriage complexities associated with gender identity and points to the need for additional care and thought to be given in understanding our commonalities and differences as people made in the image of God,” The Telegraph reported.

There has been much criticism of the Church of England’s doctrinal stance or lack thereof. Maya Forstater, executive director of Sex Matters, stated that the “concepts of male and female did not need to have a formal official definition,” and added that, “[these concepts] are older than human life itself,” according to the Telegraph.

Steve Warren, senior multimedia producer for CBN News, stated that “the Church of England has made several doctrinal changes that seem to endorse the aggressive LGBTQ agenda on sexual morality rather than the teachings of the Bible.”

If the Church of England is having trouble understanding what a woman is then perhaps they can crack open the Bible and read Genesis 2:4-25.

Let us not kid ourselves: the Church of England is trying to get woke and adapt its doctrines to the ever-shifting culture instead of using the Bible as the foundation of all doctrine. After all, how much trouble can the Church be having, defining what a woman is? In 1994, the Church made a controversial move and decided to ordain women, but who exactly was it that they allowed to become ordained?

When it was the ‘progressive’ thing to do, they knew exactly what a woman was. Now that the cultural climate is becoming increasingly ‘progressive’—more like ‘regressive’—suddenly they do not know how to define what a woman is. It seems like the Church wants to include trans people but does not know how to do it.

A piece of advice: Reform. Return to Biblical doctrine and ditch cultural doctrine.

Divine Mercy: How This OB/GYN Went From Killing Babies To Saving Them

Dr. John Bruchalski is an OB/GYN in Fairfax, Virginia, who cares about women and children, which is why, after undergoing a radical transformation and path to conviction, he pivoted from killing babies in the womb to saving them. Ever since he opened his own life-affirming practice more than 25 years ago, Bruchalski has saved the lives of hundreds of them.

Despite years of work in the medical field and promoting pro-life medicine, Bruchalski wasn’t always a life-championing physician. Toward the end of his medical residency, Bruchalski dismembered babies in the womb well into the third trimester.

Misplaced Mercy

Bruchalski grew up in a “very prayerful” Polish family and attended Catholic school, so being pro-life was not foreign to him. He still remembers when his father, a civics teacher, lamented the day the Supreme Court discovered a so-called right to abortion in the 14th Amendment through Roe v. Wade.

“He was just brokenhearted because he really thought we were a city on a hill and they just legalized something that was so demonstrably unjust and unkind,” Bruchalski told The Federalist, recounting that his family would pray regularly for “the fall of abortion.”

When Bruchalski went to college, his perspective changed. He was around female friends who said if he wanted to go into medicine, he needed to show that he cared about his patients and their decisions.

“Ideologically, I thought I was pro-choice because I didn’t have foundation or formation. My formation and foundation were in situational relativized ethics,” Bruchalski said. “I was never like, ‘Women need the right to abort babies.’ I just thought that if I wanted to be a good doctor, I had to [support that].”

Bruchalski knew he wanted to help people but eventually switched from studying family practice to studying to become an obstetrician-gynecologist. It was during his residency that he first encountered his first round of questionable medical practices.

“As an OB, you contracept somebody from 12 to 50. And you then put them on hormones from 50 to 80. And you take them off only to have children when they’re wanted. And you don’t worry about all the social issues involved because women become patient autonomous, which is the foundation of bioethics and medicine at the time. The Hippocratic Oath was being kind of molested and pushed aside and retracted. So I ended up doing all sorts of things. Everybody has a right to their own beliefs because of patient autonomy, and I’m just a vending machine. I have to provide what they give you out of justice, out of beneficence, out of nonmaleficence.”

An Alarming Double Standard

Part of his job included performing abortions, sometimes on babies diagnosed in utero with dangerous diseases.

“When I got to my residency, I was beginning to abort first, second, and even third trimester mostly because of illness or the threat of illness,” Bruchalski said.

Other abortions were because the mothers were scared. Bruchalski recalled one time he was asked to end the life of an unborn baby based on an unmarried woman’s fear that her child might be the 1 in 10,000 children who are born with Down syndrome.

“So I took out a 19-week, almost one-pound child that had no Down syndrome,” Bruchalski said.

After two years of abortions, Bruchalski began to question whether the “medical care” he was offering was really the merciful, healing care he thought women and babies deserved.

“It was psychotic. In one room, I’m trying to save a child because the mother wanted it. In the other room, I had to get rid of a child that the woman, the mom didn’t want,” he said.

Bruchalski began to feel that something scientific and something spiritual was missing from the way he was practicing medicine. After more data on abortion finally started to surface, Bruchalski realized “abortion is not as good as [he] thought it was.”

“That was my introduction to myths and misinformation [about abortion] back in the ’80s,” he said.

The real turning point in his decision to become a pro-life doctor, however, came after one of his colleagues, a neonatologist who worked in the NICU, gently but bluntly pointed out that he was treating unborn babies like tumors. Bruchalski said that was the first person who ever challenged him to think about abortion and when life begins.

By that time, Bruchalski had already started putting in nights at a pregnancy center in Virginia Beach. That’s where he realized there’s much more to caring for women and babies than what he was doing during the days of his residency.

“I was already doing kind of Planned Parenthood stuff in my residency so I wanted to see what the other side was like, I guess. I grew up as a Christian,” Bruchalski said. “They loved these women. They found them. They provided answers for the reasons why the woman felt coerced. There was no proselytizing, per se. There’s just something deeper. That’s how I interpreted it. And they were giving excellent medical advice.”

It wasn’t long before Bruchalski realized abortion is not a prerequisite for excellent care. And that’s when his idea to start a life-affirming clinic was born.

Much More than Science

Tepeyac OB/GYN, Bruchalski’s OB/GYN practice, was born out of the doctor’s conviction that “my morality, my bioethics is based on human dignity.”

According to Bruchalski, the doctors and staff at Tepeyac feel the same duty he does and are equipped with a perinatal hospice, operations, and other resources designed to “treat all patients as individuals wholly in body, soul, and spirit.”

“We integrate the family into the treatment of our patients because one builds on the other, and this is healthy for society,” the website states. “We cooperate with fertility because it is a natural, healthy function, and not a disease to be repressed. Children are gifts, and therefore joys. We affirm your children in their dignity as temples of the Holy Spirit, encouraging healthy opportunities in physical, emotional, and spiritual growth. We welcome all patients including the physically, emotionally, spiritually or financially underserved.”

Bruchalski also founded Divine Mercy Care, an organization that collects aid for life-affirming medical practices like his and pregnancy centers that know that medicine that deals with a “body, soul, and spirit” is more than a business and a science.

“Medicine is an act of mercy, but the world says and medicine says mercy is really mercy-killing,” Bruchalski said. “…We never pit mom against baby.”

Ever since November, an autoimmune disease left Bruchalski with chronic pain in his right arm that forced him to step away from patient work and operations. Even with that setback, Bruchalski doesn’t believe his work is done. As president of Divine Mercy Care, Bruchalski is still promoting life-affirming care every chance he gets and encouraging a new generation of pro-life doctors who don’t choose abortion over saving lives.

“I want to build bridges and I really want to encourage the next generation because remember, with all the threats that come down from our American College of OB/GYN about, ‘Oh, you can’t get licensed if you don’t toe the line on abortion.’ This issue of abortion is the new virus. If you don’t toe the party line, you will be punished,” Bruchalski said.

Biden Gets Snippy With Reporter in Israel, Hilariously Makes Gaffe Building up GOP

Joe Biden is visiting Israel. As we reported, it didn’t start off well, with him being confused and insulting Holocaust victims.

But it didn’t stop there. Someone on the Biden team thought it would be good for him to give an interview to an Israeli outlet, N12 News. Maybe Biden’s team thought that the American audience wouldn’t see it. No such luck; we got it.

Biden spoke about the three reasons he ran for president.

“I said I was running for three reasons and no one in my campaign agreed…,” Biden said. Alrighty, now. Does he mean even his people had issues with his reasons for running? Or were they even questioning him running? Do tell. Doesn’t that say a lot?

What’s funny about that is that he’s had problems even enunciating those reasons in the past. He claimed his reasons were to (1) restore the soul of this country, to restore “decency and honor” and (2) to rebuild the backbone of the country, which he seemed to define as the middle-class. Then he seemed to forget the third one. But given his many lies, his train wreck of a son, and those concerning connections to Russia and China, not to mention how much he has harmed the middle class with inflation, I would say he did the exact opposite.

Then there was this piece of confusion.

But it got worse.

“[Russia’s war in Ukraine] can take months, it can take years?” the interviewer asked. “It could,” Biden replied. “You think the war could take years?” she asked. Then he got snippy with her, “No, you said that. you said it could, ok?” Then he said, “No, it could.” What the heck is going on in his mind? And he wants to continually fund it, for however long it’s going to take, too–regardless of our own needs.

But if that wasn’t delusional enough, there was this huge lie — Biden suggesting that the last Administration “walked away from the Middle East.”

There was probably no president in recent memory who has done more to bring peace to the Middle East than Donald Trum; everyone in Israel knows that. Meanwhile, the Obama-Biden team has emboldened and enriched Iran with a horrible deal that they are still trying to push, regardless of the threats to Israel and America from Iran.

But then Biden had a truly funny moment, in which he didn’t even seem to understand what he was saying, but he managed to hilariously build up Trump, talking about the Republican Party being a “Mega Party.”

With people fleeing the Democratic Party and the Republicans on the rise, Joe is finally right about something. They will be even more “mega” in the November elections–when they wipe out the Democrats. The “Mega Party” is going to be great.

ICE Will Take Illegal Aliens Across State Lines for Abortions

Pregnant illegal aliens will receive “full reproductive health care” while they’re in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody, including being taken to a state that grants abortion access.

“This memorandum serves as a reminder of existing ICE policies and standards requiring that pregnant individuals detained in ICE immigration custody have access to full reproductive health care,” acting ICE Director Tae Johnson wrote to Corey Price, the head of ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations arm. The memo was obtained by the Wall Street Journal and published on Tuesday.

Johnson continued; “This is also a reminder that, pursuant to existing ICE policy, it may be necessary to transfer a detained pregnant individual within an area of responsibility (AOR) or to another AOR, when appropriate and practicable, in order to ensure such access.”

Federal law forbids the government from financing abortions but is silent about transporting pregnant women to an abortion clinic.

ICE facilitates abortions for immigrants in its custody in cases of rape or incest, or when the life of the mother is threatened, according to ICE’s health regulations.

An official familiar with the memo said it would likely be sent later this week, and would represent the first law enforcement agency to reinforce reproductive rights in federal custody. ICE detains immigrants in the country unlawfully on civil immigration violations, many of them in the course of their asylum applications.

The memo is designed to short circuit the power of Republican governors, who are now free to impose abortion restrictions if state law allows. It’s part of the effort by Biden to demonstrate to abortion rights activists that he’s doing what he can to maintain abortion in states where it’s no longer completely legal.

It isn’t clear how many detained immigrants the new policy would affect. Under President Biden, ICE separately issued a policy last summer that instructs officers to avoid arresting or detaining pregnant women.

It adds to the suite of policies the Biden administration is rolling out to demonstrate its support for abortion rights. On Monday, for example, the Department of Health and Human Services told hospitals in new guidance that they are required to perform abortions and provide related services in emergency situations.

In the Trump administration, immigration officials were accused of pressuring pregnant teenagers not to have an abortion. That case ended when a federal court determined the administration overstepped its bounds by denying minors the right to an abortion.

Are we sure that unaccompanied minors today aren’t being pressured to abort their child? The idea that only one side in this debate pressures a pregnant girl is absurd. But since abortion is seen as “the right thing to do” if you’re a pregnant teenager, we’ll never hear how kids were talked into aborting their babies.

The La Jolla Cove near San Diego is a well-known hangout for sea lions, so an unknown woman thought it would be a great idea to take some photos of the sleeping beasts — a nice memento of a beautiful day. She crept within a few feet of one of the sea lions, which turned out to be a mistake.

The seal lion she was photographing woke up.

At that point, the 600-pound brute began moving quickly toward the woman and dozens of other onlookers at the cove. The result was absolute mayhem.

In the water, sea lions move like living torpedoes, surfing the waves better than any human — and having just as much fun. On land? Not so much.

Despite their playfulness with each other, sea lions can be incredibly dangerous to humans. They’ve been known to bite, and in one case in Western Australia in 2007, a sea lion leaped from the water and seriously mauled a 13-year-old girl surfing behind a speedboat.

But when you have 600 pounds of angry sea lion bearing down on you, you don’t think of how rare an attack from one of these beautifully ugly beasts can be.

Sea lion experts say the initial idea the two large males were charging people is mistaken. Carol Toye with the Sierra Club told FOX 5 the sea lions were attempting to establish a territory for mating, and the people nearby were simply caught up in the scuffle.

“These were two young bulls and they were chasing each other,” Toye told FOX 5. “They will go about their business just as if we’re not there, which makes it even more important to really keep the distances.”

Experts say the pair in the video were between 500 and 600 pounds. A full-grown bull sea lion weighs between 800 and 1,000 pounds and is not normally outwardly aggressive, but the species has been known to bite people.
