Jack Maxey gave the HD to Garrett Ziegler.
Garrett Ziegler sat on it.
Jack Maxey and his "team" (including Vincent Kaufman) went to Switzerland to try to find a way to deal with the Data legally.
They could NOT get a single LEO to even look at the data.
(They did not even look at all of the data themselves, for fear of being accused of somehow running afoul of the law (although they must have seen SOMETHING; perhaps what they consider much more serious than Hunter, drugs, and hookers, and pedophilia.)
NOTE that Jack DID say they found more data that had previously gone undetected or at least unmentioned (and took a lot of heat for, and which looks to be true now); some of that data involved some kind of access code for LtG. Mike Flynn, who Jack informed via a phone convo, which Jack recorded, and the code was inactivated immediately thereafter.
Still unable to do anything with the data, Vincent Kaufman leaked the data to wikileaks/ KimDotCom (and has since fled Switzerland for New Zealand).
Before wikileaks was able to put a package together, Garrett Ziegler started releasing it (Marco Polo).
Jack Maxey is calling Garrett Ziegler out, and has been for quite some time.
