Dept. of State FOIA reading room has a 2012 document listing all A/C owners in the EU - IIRC it's all about carbon emissions. The Bank of Utah AND the Bank of Utah Trustee (Zulu82 owner) AND Bank of America show up in that document as having registered equipment in Spain.
