Massive Fraud Identified in Wisconsin and Decided in the Court of Law – The Two Items Needed to Redo Election per Speaker Vos

The 2020 Election in Wisconsin was corrupted beyond belief.

Only days ago the Supreme Court in the state decided that the ballot drop boxes used in the state are illegal under the state’s statutes. Tens of thousands of ballots were inserted into these drop boxes in 2020 and the state was given to Joe Biden by much less than that amount. There is no way of telling what ballots were inserted into these drop boxes now but we know the drop boxes are illegal in the state.

Some candidates for statewide office held a press conference days ago where they agreed that the 2020 Election results should be overturned due to the fact that ballot boxes were used in the 2020 Election and were illegal under Wisconsin statutes. Representative Timothy Ramthun who is running for governor in the state and attorney Karen Mueller who is running for Attorney General, were with Jefferson Davis and other citizens at this event.

Today citizens in the state released a video of Wisconsin Speaker Vos laying out legitimate reasons for decertifying the 2020 Election. Jefferson Davis shared with multiple politicians and officials and citizens in the state:

A number of our volunteers have uncovered a recent video (May 24, 2022) of Speaker Vos (R-Rochester) with Wisconsin Eye involving election fraud from the 2020 Presidential Election in Wisconsin. The video and source have been vetted for authenticity and accuracy.

We have been stating publicly for over a year, that when it can be proven that election fraud affected the outcome of an election (See attached Election Fraud Remedy 20 Cases), then one of the remedies for the outcome of that election that was affected by fraud, is to have a do-over. Whether ordered by the proper authority or the Legislature exercising their constitutional plenary power to call an Extraordinary Session to seek a remedy for an election outcome that was affected by election fraud, it can be done even if someone has already been sworn into office no matter what level of government or time-frame.

Canada and US Investigate Mystery Outbreak of Cyclospora Illnesses

The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are conducting an investigation into an increase in “non-travel related Cyclospora illnesses” that has been spreading throughout the country.

PHAC announced that they are working with public health and food safety partners to figure out how the infections might be spreading in Canada.

Cyclosporiasis is an intestinal illness caused by the microscopic parasite Cyclospora cayetanensis, according to the CDC.

“Previous Cyclospora illnesses have been linked to various types of imported fresh produce, including pre-packaged salad mix, basil, cilantro, berries, lettuce, and snow and snap peas,” PHAC wrote on its website.

As of June 30, the agency reported a total of 84 cases of Cyclospora infections in the following provinces: British Columbia (1), Ontario (75), and Quebec (8).

Four people were hospitalized in Canada, but no deaths were reported, according to Food Poison Journal.

“To date, there is no recall or Public Health Notice, the investigation is ongoing,” the outlet added.

In the US, as of June 28, 2022, there were 61 confirmed cases. Six were hospitalized, with no deaths reported.

Thirteen states have reported cases so far.

What causes cyclosporiasis?

Cyclosporiasis is an illness of the intestines caused by a parasite called Cyclospora.

How is cyclosporiasis spread?

The most common way that Cyclospora is spread is by eating food or drinking water that contains the Cyclospora parasite.

Cyclospora is not common on food and is not in drinking water in Canada.

However, food can be a source of cyclosporiasis for Canadians when imported from countries where Cyclospora is common. Foods imported to Canada that have been linked to the Cyclospora parasite include:

basil

cilantro

raspberries

blackberries

mesclun lettuce

snow and snap peas

pre-packaged salad mix

Cyclosporiasis is unlikely to spread directly between people because the parasite can only infect others once it leaves the body through feces. To be able to spread, the parasite needs to be outside the body for about 7 to 15 days.

Only humans, and possibly primates, can be affected by Cyclospora. Therefore, cyclosporiasis does not spread between humans and animals.

If you have already had cyclosporiasis, you can get it after recovery if you are exposed to the parasite again.

Where is it found?

Cyclospora can be found in sewage and untreated water. It is found worldwide, but is most commonly found in tropical and subtropical areas, such as:

Mexico

Guatemala

How does food and water become contaminated?

The Cyclospora parasite gets in sources of water when feces from infected people enter the water supply. Food can then become contaminated when this water is used:

on crops

in food processing and packaging

Foods can also become contaminated from infected farm workers or food handlers. This is when proper sanitation techniques are not used, such as:

hand washing

gloves or other barrier

avoidance of cross-contamination

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) accused U.S. Capitol Police officers of "opening the doors wide open" for Jan. 6 rioters and said anyone who works in the Capitol is "not safe."

"There were actual officers working with this, and we never got to the bottom of that," Ocasio-Cortez said while clapping her hands for emphasis while discussing the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. "We never got any answers about that and to this day, we're supposed to pretend that this never happened?"

She told reporter Pablo Manríquez of Latino Rebels on Wednesday, "I have no idea what happened to the people on the inside who were very clearly sympathetic with what was going on and opening the doors wide open for that and we're– I'm supposed to sit here and pretend like none of that ever happened."

Ocasio-Cortez went on to criticize the increase in funding for Capitol Police after the riot.

"And then right afterwards, you have a massive– you know, you just have this idea that throwing money at that problem is gonna make it go away, without any accountability and so this is where these things are breaking down," she stressed.

"We're not safe. And it's not just about members of congress not being safe. The food staff workers aren't safe. The janitors aren't safe. Like, we need to get to the bottom of this, so that's all I gotta say," she concluded before walking away.

Manríquez posted the video of Ocasio-Cortez's rant on Twitter, which she then reposted with the caption: "Remember how there was tons of footage and evidence of officers & others inside on 1/6 supporting insurrectionists, but then everyone decided it was too politically risky to investigate thoroughly so they brushed under the rug and now we still have no idea who or what is safe?"

Seemingly on a roll complaining about Capitol police, AOC retweeted a reply to the video from Rep. Mondaire Jones (D-N.Y.), who said, "Relatedly, months after 1/6, my Chief of Staff came across an antisemitic text in the possession of a Capitol Police officer at a checkpoint. We still have not been told why it was in his possession, what vetting was done before hiring him, and whether he got to keep his job."

She also retweeted a post from Politico reporter Sarah Ferris, who wrote, "Inside Capitol just now, Rep. AOC asked to speak with 'female and LGBT' reporters to warn us that the man who harassed her is affiliated with credentialed news outlet[.] She said her staff called Capitol police 5x to get them to do something."

Conservative commentator Mike Cernovich saw Ocasio-Cortez's rant differently.

EU To Boost Ukraine Arms Financing To €2.5BN As Concerns Grow Over Domestic Stockpiles

The European Union is set to again boost its funding for military arms shipments to Ukraine, expected to be agreed upon by member states at a meeting of foreign ministers on Monday.

They are expected to set aside 500 million euros ($500 million) more in military aid to Kiev, Bloomberg reports, at a moment Russian forces continue unleashing constant artillery strikes on Ukrainian positions in the Donbas.

"That would bring the total arms financing to 2.5 billion euros," Bloomberg writes. "The bloc in recent months has agreed to several rounds of arms financing for Ukraine under the so-called European Peace Facility, which reimburses governments for military deliveries to Ukraine."

The Zelensky government has this week ramped up its calls for "faster" delivery of heavier and more advanced weapons if its forces hope to answer the pace of Russian artillery fire and seeming endless supply of ammunition.

But the Pentagon, and likely some European states like France and Germany, are growing worried about the fast depleting levels of their own vital stockpiles.

In addition, Pentagon officials have expressed concerns about hurting U.S. combat readiness if the war continues for months or longer. After two decades of mostly supporting counterterrorism missions, America’s defense industry largely stopped making the kinds of weapons Ukraine will need to survive a long war of attrition. The United States has authorized $54 billion in military, economic and humanitarian aid for Ukraine and has sent more than $7 billion in weapons drawn from existing Pentagon stockpiles.

This mention of "months" before US stockpiles start feeling squeezed should be put up against the "years" that some top defense officials have offered as their estimates of how long the Ukraine war is likely to grind on.

Édouard Guillaud, former chief of France’s defense staff at a recent conference: "France has already donated one-third of its long-range guns to Ukraine."

Additionally, as we detailed earlier some Western officials are beginning to wake up to reality foreign-supplied weapons are likely leaving the battlefield, sold on the black market and ending up in the hands of criminal groups or possibly even terrorists.

Amid the growing concern, EU and NATO governments are in talks with Kiev about setting up a joint monitoring apparatus and tightening procedures and logistics surrounding delivery and tracking of weapons.

New York COVID-19 Quarantine Rules Unconstitutional And Illegal: Judge

A New York Supreme Court judge this month quietly ruled that regulations mandating that people infected with or exposed to highly contagious communicable diseases be quarantined are a violation of state law, declaring them null and void.

The Isolation and Quarantine procedures, known as Rule 2.13, were enacted in February.

Under the rule, “whenever appropriate to control the spread of a highly contagious communicable disease, the State Commissioner of Health may issue and/or may direct the local health authority to issue isolation and/or quarantine orders, consistent with due process of law, to all such persons as the State Commissioner of Health shall determine appropriate.”

Isolations may include those at home, or in residential or temporary housing, subject to what the public health authority issuing the order determines is “appropriate.”

However, the rule notes that “where symptoms or conditions indicate that medical care in a general hospital is expected to be required, the isolation location shall be a general hospital.”

Three Republican state legislators, Sen. George Borrello, assemblyman Chris Tague, and assemblyman Michael Lawler, along with Uniting NYS, filed a lawsuit against Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul, Commissioner of Health Mary Bassett, the state’s health department, and the Public Health and Health Planning Council.

Plaintiffs argued that the Isolation and Quarantine procedures were in violation of the New York State Constitution and a violation of the separation of powers.

“It’s unconstitutional in our eyes, and anything like that should go through the legislature,” Tague told local media.

“It should have an opportunity to be debated. To be able to have facts brought forth by health professionals, and leaders within our communities before we just decide to put something into law.”

‘Lip Service’

In a July 8 ruling, Acting Justice of the Supreme Court of Cattaraugus County Ronald D. Ploetz sided with the plaintiffs, stating that the rule merely gives “lip service” to constitutional due process.

“Involuntary detention is a severe deprivation of individual liberty, far more egregious than other health safety measures, such as requiring mask wearing at certain venues. Involuntary quarantine may have far-reaching consequences such as loss of income (or employment) and isolation from family,” Ploetz wrote.

The judge added that there was “no scientific data or expert testimony” to back up the rule.

STUDY: 99% Of COVID-19 Data Websites Secretly Track Users.

The vast majority of governmental and COVID-19 tracking websites employ third-party trackers on users without consent, according to a new study.

The revelation comes from a recent paper – “Measuring Web Cookies in Governmental Websites” – published by a cohort of European researchers funded by groups including the European Research Council (ERC), the European Union, and the Spanish government.

“A potential risk from e-governance is that since it represents a unique point of interaction for mandatory and indispensable services for all citizens, it can, unintentionally or not, become a single point of monitoring and tracking for the entire population of a country. A readily available way to achieve that is with the use of Web cookies,” cautions the paper.

The study analyzed three types of websites: official governmental websites of “G20” countries around the world; websites of international organizations such as the United Nations and popular websites used for COVID-19 tracking and information. It measured these sites’ use of “cookies” – personal data related to your browsing history that websites can retrieve at a later time.

“Web cookies have been exploited to collect information about users’ online activities and interests,” notes the paper.

“Our results show that, unfortunately, tracking is a serious concern, as in some countries up to 90% of these websites create cookies of third-party trackers without any consent from users,” explains a summary of the findings.

“Non-session cookies, that are created by trackers and can last for days or months, are widely present even in countries with strict user privacy laws. We also show that the above is a problem for official websites of international organizations and popular websites that inform the public about the COVID-19 pandemic,” it continues.

Researchers found that up to 90 percent of governmental websites for “G20” countries, which include 19 countries and the European Union comprising the world’s largest economies, added tracking cookies without user consent.
