"Nigger" is a derogatory word for a Black person, that can also be applied to other people, but when applied to them references them being or acting like a Black person. Or at the very least Black people of a certain ghetto type.
No word however should be off limits to White people to use freely, and any instance of physical retaliation by a minority against use of a word should deliver the harshest penalties to the minority.
Their taking offence must not be used to excuse their violence, or lessen their SOLE culpability for it in any way.
