Here it is. This is evidently the staircase that damaged her torso and no mention of other injuries to neck, back, head, etc.

The railing running along the spiral staircase was redone and the mural behind the railing was painted by handpicked artists flown in from Italy, she told People during a 2009 interview.
"It's painted on so it looks like it's a balcony, looking into French-Roman gardens," she said at the time.

The FDNY said in an email that responded to a call from someone that Ivana was suffering from cardiac arrest around 12.40pm.
The NYPD said in an email that the EMS responded and prounounced Ms Trump dead at the scene.
The 73-year-old former model's body was discovered at her home on New York City's Upper East Side on Thursday (07.14.22) after she suffered a cardiac arrest. And Paolo Alavian, who owns Italian eatery Altesi's located close to Ivana's townhouse, revealed Ivana dined at his restaurant the day before her death.
He told The US Sun: "Her health seemed normal, she looked maybe a little bit tired, but she otherwise seemed OK. "[She ordered a] very, very small amount of food. I'm a little bit in shock right now.
Officials said there was no signs of suspicious circumstances around her death and it appears she died of natural causes.
Ivana was very popular with local businesses, and had been due to have her hair styled at 2pm on the day of her death. Staff there also said she appeared in decent health, and was looking forward to an upcoming trip to St Tropez.
On Thursday, while climbing the stairs inside her house, the businesswoman and former model suffered what is believed to have been a cardiac arrest.
She was found lying at the bottom of the staircase shortly after midday Thursday by a female member of staff arriving for work who unlocked the door, discovered she wasn't breathing, and called police.
