Danshenko case, the decision by the court of withheld classified materials by the government, June 22, 2022

Initially Danshenko defense received a “substantial summary” from Durham but not the “privileged” underlying documents that were sealed.

Danshenko’s attorneys wanted to get the classified information Durham collected, saying it would be “relevant and helpful” to the defendant’s case.

Durham actually filed the confidential docs under protective order with the court, and it was allowed. Meaning Danshenko cannot see them ever. I think it has to do with “sources and methods”, and confidential witnesses etc.

The basis of the defense’s is saying, itwould be “relevant and helpful” to have the sealed docsfor their defense and the documents were classified and sealed improperly by Durham and the court in the first place.

The court found the documents were sealed correctly as “classified”, and the “detailed summary” provided to the defense by Durham gave the defensesubstantially the ability to make their defensewithout get the “sealed classified materials”

So the defense can not get them!

This feels like a semi big win, and I think this judge is a lot more sticking by the book than the Sussmann judge. Kek

I’ve also, attached Durham requesting the court allow for 30 Subpoenas, Kash was saying, 30 subpoenas is fucking big deal!

What Does the Peony Flower Mean?

The Peony is mainly known for representing ideas and values like:

Honor, especially for people who are bringing honor to their entire family through success

Wealth and riches

Romance and romantic love, with a particular focus on love between two strangers

Beauty in all forms

Bashfulness and shame

Etymological Meaning of the Peony Flower

The Peony is best known by its scientific name, Paeonia. The Peony takes its name from the mythological Greek character Paeon, who studied with the god of medicine known as Asclepius. Zeus had to transform the student into a beautiful flower when he showed more promise than his teacher and incurred his wrath.

Symbolism of the Peony Flower

The Peony is most important in Chinese culture. This stunning flower is an official emblem of China, and it plays a big role in many holidays and religious traditions. It’s the flower with the longest continual use in Eastern culture, and it’s tied in deeply with royalty and honor in those societies. The Chinese name for Peony even translates to “most beautiful”.

Oddly enough, it has somewhat of an opposite meaning to Western individuals. Greek myth says that nymphs used to hide their naked forms in Peonies to shield them from prying eyes. This led to the association of Peonies withshamefulnessand bashfulness during the Victorian era.

It was considereddownright unluckyto dig up a shrub of Peony during the Middle Ages due to associations with less than kind fairies.

The Peony Flower Facts

As an enduring symbol of honor and wealth in Eastern culture, it’s no wonder thisflower has been cultivated and bred in China and Japan for hundreds of years. The plant is mainly grown by separating root masses and only sometimes by seed, so breeding can take years to advance even a few generations. They all produce compact flowers featuring many layers of crimped petals for a beautifully lush look.

Analysis

• Cultivated in China=Message to PDJT

• Cultivated in Japan=Shinzo Abe assassinated, again message to PDJT

• In the west the flower meaning=shameful and unlucky

Name comes from: Greek character Paeon, who studied with the god of medicine known as Asclepius. ==the restaurant and hair dresser said she was “ok”, they did not say, “great health (they were asked about her health or attitude when they saw her)

Based on the meanings above, it seems probable to me that Invana’s death may not be accidental.

Ivana and flowers left: I forgot to mention US Intelligence agency released either the day of or the day before of her death that Iran & Isis, want to assassinate POTUS PDJT, Pompeo and a General involved in killing Soleimani. Seems odd the same or next day (or very close) that Ivana dies in what seems like a violent fall down the stairs with or from cardiac arrest.

Now take this into consideration (the point I’m making it may be different flowers that was delivered than their tradition, otherwise what they produce, but flowers have meaning to them):

Iran is probably the most intense flower giving nation, since ancient times they have had a custom of giving flowers for various occasions. While choosing the flowers they give utmost important to the meaning conveyed by that particular flower.

History of naming 100-Tomani flower (Paeonia) in the Persian language

The history of both of these flowers goes back to the Qajar era. When Muzaffar al-Din Shah Qajar traveled to Europe, a European gardener traveled back to Iran with him and brought the roots of this flower to Iran. Gradually, Muzaffar al-Din Shah was impressed by the beauty of the flower when he saw it and gave a gift of 100 Tomans to the gardener, and the name of the flower became known as 100-Tomani. The reason for the naming of the second one is also somebody in the reign of Muzaffar al-Din Shah. Ali Khan Amin al-Dawla, the prime minister of the king, planted Paeonia for the first time in Iran in his garden, and ever since the flower has come to be known as Pich-e-Amin al-Dawla

Hans and Franz have gotten extremely negative on Durham, they think they know how to do it better than Durham that took down the entire New England mafia (that took years) and the investigation into the CIA torture program which AG Holder declined to prosecute, and many other cases; he’s never lost a case until sussmann. The reason he lost the case was twofold FBI refused to cooperate (because of their obvious engagement in the coup) and he held the trial in DC.

I know there is always a strategic reason why Durham does what he does, so perhaps the exposure that his own governmental witnesses are liars, cheats snd still covering for higher up or more important colluders. I never thought the Sussmann charge about lying to the FBI was groundbreaking but it did reveal the main suspects and underlings, HRC knew and ordered the coup and she directed all the lawfare strategy along with every other person involved included GA State researchers, that prove to this day they will do anything to take Trump down forever.

It’s guaranteed in my mind they are continuing to take him out forever and they are all still involved in criminal behavior. The statute of limitations doesnt end if they are still committing crimes against the prior president and our government.

So Hans and Franz can crow all they want but I trust Durham, and they have no idea how difficult his job is when you are talking about posdibly taking dow 1/4 of leadership in government during Trumps term and ongoing in the retards term.

Stephen, Hanz and others may know law but they have never dealt with a major conspiracy with a good part of the government involved, people that would kill anyone involved if they could get away with it.

What was found out in Sussmann trial was invaluable and bombshells of proof of major players involved, and itis important
