Much of what Q told us was "everything is fine" and "trust the plan".
And now Trump is not the President. So, if we, collectively, then, did something other than nothing and trust the plan, theoretically, we could have helped bring forth an outcome better than Trump not being President.
It was never clear, then or now, what good alternative to Q existed. There was no P and no R suggesting that we do certain useful things.
