The Federal Reserve Bank is a "private" banking "corporation"! It's not a government agency. The US government nor "CON"gress controls them.

The Federal Reserve Act was signed on 23 December 1913, after Congressional opponents had left DC for Christmas break. Yes, they waited until after the opposition left DC to pass this and President Woodrow Wilson signed it into law. It was all a scam! Just like the IRS.
