I've been in Vancouver for 5 years now which is basically 50% Chinese. I've personally only ever seen Chinese working with Chinese and still haven't seen a pregnant Chinese lady.
They have apartment buildings just for Chinese people, senior citizen homes, entire banks, food chains (T&T)… not a single non-Chinese person in them. Canada is already Chinese property though so that should be kept in mind.
