I always eat pizza with a knife and fork. If I, or more likely, my grown kids order pizza for dinner, I quickly pour some olive oil in a ramekin and then add red pepper flakes (about 1/3 deep). Then when the pizza is delivered I put 3 slices on a plate and drizzle the flavored olive oil on the slices. Ain't no way you going to eat those slices with only your hands.
