Now that you suspect or know this is happening, you must not create a situation through taking actions that are unable to be documented, as you can be accused of neglect.
If you have reason to believe the pedo network is elite, LEO-connected, and/or three-letter agency in nature, get an attorney to guide you to trustworthy LEO as well as help ensure that the crime is not buried.
