PhilAnon here, I can shed some light on this. As you might expect from CNN HongKong, they are carrying water for the elites. This is a message being pounded on international media, especially to Filipinos abroad, that "Marcos Jr. had a multi-year disinfo campaign leading up to his victory." The theme here is that rural Filipinos were too dumb and easily duped into believing that Marcos Sr. wasn't all that bad, and like father like son.

Anons should read this exactly like the demonization of Trump. Rural people liked Marcos Sr. for good reason: incredible reforms in infrastructure, education, energy, and economy. He had plans to introduce a gold-backed Asian currency. He was weaning the Philippines off of fossil fuel energy with our first nuclear plant, which was naturally demonized and shut down before it ever went online. If you have been on 8chan / 8kun, then you may have read my chronicle of Soros' Apprentice, Lord Malloch Brown, who was the force behind the throwing of the '86 election in which Marcos admitted defeat before all the results were tallied. The belief here is, he would have won. Make no mistake, Corazon Aquino was the darling of the Deep State, the model by which all the elite countries think poor countries should follow.

It should tell you a lot when all the newspapers, and all the Manila elites, and the foreign Filipinos, are all in lockstep with the message "Marcos Jr. bad." In today's news is the headline "Marcos: No need to make boosters mandatory." His vice president, Sarah Duterte, just issued a decision that all schools will have face-to-face classes in the Fall. Governors who were anti-Covid are coming out now after the election saying, "we won't enforce existing Covid restrictions" because they are emboldened by the new leadership.

Time will tell of course, how long these two leaders can resist the pressures of the Deep State. There have already been talks of getting the nuclear reactor online, which coincidentally, would make up for the 600KVA that the Manila area is short on for power during the seasonal loads.

I am here to say good things are happening, and the vast majority of Filipinos voted for Marcos for a reason, not because of a 'disinfo campaign.'

Sadly most Filipinos have no clue what is really going on abroad. I have a Rumble channel and a Substack, do my best to enlighten those who will listen. But we are waaaay at the end of the information chain, with a liberal news media that absolutely DOMINATES discourse. We had a lone alternative voice called Rappler, which was targeted and threatened by the former Duterte until they have now fallen into line with the elites it looks like.
