Dr. Sutton noticed that the key issue here is that the false left/right dialectic needs to be exposed insofar as it relates to the cold war. There is a hidden alliance between monopoly capital on Wall Street and Marxism/Socialism. For example, such revolutionaries as Lenin and Trotsky would find unsuspecting supporters in the figures of JPMorgan, John D.Rockefeller, and other European bankers.
Sutton, working at the Hoover Institute in the 1970's realized that big money loved Marxism/Socialism. This was even before David Rockefeller wrote his famous editorials. Sutton began digging for the evidence.
Corporate welfare is loved by industry. So socialism is not the enemy of the corporatists, it is the friend of the corporate elite.

Dyer describes how bankers would fund public projects that only created debt for the next generation to pay for. It is a cycle of boom and bust that can be manipulated. Sutton saw this cycle. These ultra-wealthy financiers did not necessarily believe in the philosophy of Leninism/Marxism but saw it as a useful tool for destroying the existing order and preparing the way, through the collectivisation of wealth in industry to then come in as it collapses and buy it for pennies on the dollar. They would then transfer that wealth offshore after the collectivization (monopolization) process. The boom/bust cycle is a manipulated scam.
@16:00 There wouldn't have been revolutions if it hadn't been for the treason at the highest levels in the West. Supporters of the Bolsheviks saw President Wilson as an ally. This whole thing is a dialectic and the philosophy of opposing power and forces. Good guys vs bad guys, black vs white, night vs day. Through manipulation people will take things that are distinct and try to smash them against one another. This is a central component of Marxism/Socialism. They actually believe that dialectical process is almost some sort of mystical evolutionary thing which brings about revolution.
And so that why Marxism has at its fundamental core component the idea of never-ending revolution, never-ending critique, never-ending clash. It's a philosophy a world view of CLASHING, and that's why it's RED because it's blood and it's warfare, it's never-ending warfare, never-ending destruction and chaos to bring about eternal "revolution" which produces the final stages, which produces the utopia, which produces the Omega point. And so this is why they fund and promote and constantly refer to war, chaos, destabilization, manipulated chaos necessary in their view for the whole process.
