Billions Continue to Be Laundered Through the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to China’s Biowarfare Program

The National Institutes of Health funds China’s biowarfare program in ways similar to shell companies laundering money.

It is now an indisputable scientific fact that the COVID-19 virus was created in a laboratory in China and that work was linked to China’s biowarfare program.

There is also an abundance of evidence that funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), specifically Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), contributed to that effort and U.S. government officials and members of the scientific community attempted to cover-up the laboratory origin of the COVID-19 virus and their potential complicity in its creation.

Judicial Watch recently received 1651 pages of records from the NIH revealing an FBI “inquiry” into the NIH’s controversial funding of bat coronavirus “gain of function” research, experiments that can lead to viruses that are “more transmissible or more virulent than the original organism or those that evade current detection methods and available treatments.”

The records obtained by Judicial Watch include an April 21, 2022 NIH email thread regarding “additional subawardees,” referring to NIH grant R01AI110964 “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence,” given to Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance, a long-time institutional collaborator with Chinese scientists.

Ten facilities are listed, three of which are in China, the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the Institute of Pathogen Biology in Beijing, and East China Normal University in Shanghai. A fourth, the Duke University-National University of Singapore is an institution closely linked to the Wuhan Institute of Virology

It is important to note, that Peter Daszak of the EcoHealth Alliance was the lead investigator on a 2018 research grant application to the U.S. Defense Department’s Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA), which, quite literally, reads like a recipe for creating the COVID-19 virus.

Two of the other investigators on that DARPA application were from the Wuhan Institute of Virology and the Duke University-National University of Singapore facility.

The Institute of Pathogen Biology in Beijing, which, according to the email thread, was actively funded by NIH, is described as a site that:

“manages the human subject work to understand study human exposure to animal coronaviruses, including the sampling, serology, and questionnaires administered after acute illness.”

Biden Says Saudis Lying After FM "Didn't Hear" Him Confront MbS On Khashoggi's Killing

President Joe Biden's Saudi trip, having ended as a big nothingburger and with no immediate deliverables on oil production, has already descended into a "he said, she said" back-and-forth of contradicting accounts.

According prior statements from the president during a late Friday night press briefing coming just off his meeting with crown prince Mohammed bin Salman, Biden told the press he had raised the issue of Jamal Khashoggi's murder, even accusing him directly. He charged that he believes MbS responsible for the 2018 murder at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul:

"With respect to the murder of Khashoggi, I raised it at the top of the meeting, making it clear what I thought of it at the time and what I think of it now,” Biden told reporters. “I was straightforward and direct in discussing it. I made my view crystal clear."

"I indicated I thought he was," Biden said. "He said he was not personally responsible for it, and he took action against those who were responsible."

Already the Saudis are essentially saying the US president is lying, with Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel al-Jubeir - who was present during the meeting - telling reporters he did not "hear" Biden accuse the crown prince Khashoggi's death at all:

"I didn’t hear that particular phrase," al-Jubeir told Fox News correspondent Alex Hogan in an interview on Saturday.

Fox News reports Sunday that the controversy over the contradictory accounts erupted just as Air Force One touched down in D.C.:

President Joe Biden touched down in Washington D.C. just after midnight on Sunday, when he said the Saudi Arabian foreign minister who denied ever hearing Biden confront Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) about Jamal Khashoggi's murder was wrong.

President Biden early on Sunday disputed an account that he did not accuse Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of the murder of Washington Post journalist Jamaal Khashoggi during a private meeting with the nation’s de-facto leader on Friday.

In Biden's account, MbS flatly denied responsibility for Khashoggi's death, and even went so far as to call out Washington on its moral hypocrisy in human rights matters, specifically the Abu Ghraib prison scandal in Iraq and the more recent killing of Al Jazeera journalist Abu Akleh during an Israeli military raid (MbS reportedly said the US failed to act or appropriately condemn her death). Also given the conversation happened in a room with other Saudi ministers, if true it would be hard or impossible for the Saudi side to miss it.

Judge Blocks Biden’s LGBTQ Guidance that Allows Transgender in Girls’ Sports and Bathroom Access

A Trump-appointed judge in Tennessee temporarily blocked Biden’s woke LGBTQ policy on Friday, including transgender workers and students to use gender-appropriate bathrooms, and participate in sports teams, Reuters reported.

U.S. District Judge Charles Atchley Jr. ruled in favor of the 20 state attorneys general who sued the Biden administration saying the directives infringe on states’ freedom to establish laws governing transgender.

The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in Knoxville by Tennessee Attorney General Herbert Slatery last August and was joined by Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, and West Virginia.

In the ruling, Judge Atchley prohibited the federal agencies from enforcing the orders issued by the Biden regime regarding the treatment of LGBTQ people.

A coalition of 20 Republican attorneys general brought a lawsuit last year against the federal government, noting that they stood to lose significant federal funding as the Biden directives were in conflict with their own state laws.

Atchley agreed with that, writing in his order that the states “cannot continue regulating pursuant to their state laws while simultaneously complying with Defendants’ guidance.”

Oklahoma Attorney General John O’Connor, one of the plaintiffs, said in a written statement on Saturday that Atchley’s order “is a major victory for women’s sports and for the privacy and safety of girls and women in their school bathrooms and locker rooms.”

The Justice Department, the Department of Education and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission are named as defendants in the lawsuit. None immediately replied to requests for comment on Saturday. The three had earlier requested that Atchley dismiss the states’ lawsuit, a motion the judge denied in his Friday ruling.

“Evasive Answers Usually Offer Revealing Clues About the Truth” – Senator Grassley to General Milley Who Won’t Say Whether He Ordered Military Not to Follow President Trump’s Orders

In September of 2021, we learned that General Milley held back-channel discussions with China during the Trump Administration. Milley did not share these discussions with President Trump.

President Trump rightly called General Milley’s actions, if true, treasonous. Who was Milley to go to China and hold discussions without first acting under the authority of President Trump?

General Milley then attempted to defend his calls with China. And this is the guy who is leading American troops? What has happened to our military?

Now Milley won’t respond to politicians who want him to confirm his actions as reported in Woodward’s book. Breitbart reports:

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) called on Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley to honor his word and stop dodging questions about allegations in Bob Woodward and Robert Costa’s book Peril that he usurped President Donald Trump’s power as commander in chief after the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, in violation of the law.

Grassley and Banks both spoke Thursday on the floors of the Senate and House respectively to remind Milley he told members of Congress he would review the allegations in the book and get back to them to say if they are true. Despite repeated requests, he has still not said if they are true.

“Milley allegedly placed military hands — his hands — on controls that belonged exclusively to the president. According to Peril, [he] summoned senior operation officers in the military command center to his office,” Grassley said, adding, “He had them take ‘an oath’ not to ‘act’ on the president’s orders without checking with him first,” Grassley said.

He continued:

These brazen words and actions, if accurate, strike at the heart of our democracy — civilian control of the military. They turn this guiding rule upside down and show utter contempt for the commander-in-chief coming from the nation’s top general. They are dangerous and contrary to military code 10 US Code 888.

Grassley went on to respond to Milley in one of many follow-ups:

“After my third note, Gen. Milley responded with the same old smoke and mirrors routine: ‘I have never read the books.’ Years of oversight have taught me this lesson. Evasive answers usually offer revealing clues about the truth,”

Why won’t Milley now address the politician’s questions? Is it because he now realizes his actions were treasonous?

Milley must realize that in this day and age, if you communicate with the Chinese and hide it from the President and commit treason in the process you are a hero to the left. However, if you protest a stolen election based on your God-given rights, you are treasonous. This is where the communist Democrats and their allies in the government have taken us.

U.S. Navy Introduces ‘Plant-Based Protein’ Program Pushing ‘Vegetarian Meat Alternatives’.

The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 authorizes taxpayer funds for the U.S. Department of Defense to research and develop plant-based proteins for members of the military.

The congressional legislation, H.R. 7900, establishes a “Pilot Program on Research and Development of Plant-based Protein for the Navy.”

The bill stipulates that by March 1st, 2023, the Secretary of the Navy “shall establish and carry out a pilot program to offer plant-based protein options at forward operating bases for consumption by members of the Navy.” Plant-based protein options are defined as “edible vegan or vegetarian meat alternative products made using plant and other non-livestock-based proteins,” according to the bill.

At least two naval facilities will be made to participate in the pilot program and “prioritize facilities where livestock-based protein options may be costly to obtain or store.”

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2023, which dictates appropriations for military activities and programs run by the Department of Defense, explains that the pilot program will run for three years. Following its completion, the Secretary of the Navy will submit a report to Congress including the following findings:

(1) The consumption rate of plant-based protein options by members of the Navy under the pilot program.

(2) Effective criteria to increase plant-based protein options at naval facilities not identified under subsection (b).

(3) An analysis of the costs of obtaining and storing plant-based protein options compared to the costs of obtaining and storing livestock-based protein options at selected naval facilities.

On June 22nd, the Committee on Armed Services held a markup session to consider the bill, with the House of Representatives later voting 57 to 1 in favor of recommending it.

Gay Marriage SCOTUS Ruling Is ‘Clearly Wrong’: Cruz

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) has said that the Supreme Court ruling that legalized gay marriage was “clearly wrong.”

“Obergefell, like Roe versus Wade, ignored two centuries of our nation’s history,” Cruz told podcast Verdict+. “In Obergefell, the court said, ‘no, we know better than you guys do,’ and now every state must sanction and permit gay marriage. I think that decision was clearly wrong when it was decided. It was the court overreaching,”

Cruz was referring to Obergefell v. Hodges (pdf), the 2015 Supreme Court decision in which the 5–4 majority ruled that the Due Process Clause and the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment guarantee the fundamental right to marry to same-sex couples.

The Texas senator takes the position that policies on issues such as gay marriage and abortion should be left to state legislatures to shape.

“Marriage was always an issue that was left to the states. We saw states before Obergefell that were moving—some states were moving to allow gay marriage, other states were moving to allow civil partnerships. There were different standards that the states were adopting,” Cruz said.

“And had the court not rolled Obergefell, the democratic process would continue to operate: that if you believe that gay marriage was a good idea, the way the Constitution is set up for you to advance that position is to convince your fellow citizens. And if you succeeded in convincing your fellow citizens, then your state would change the laws to reflect those views,” the senator continued.

Hunter and Joe Biden Often Met After First Son Traveled Abroad: Report

Hunter Biden held dozens of talks with his father from 2008 to 2016, often shortly after returning home from trips abroad on business, according to data from the first son’s abandoned laptop.

At least 30 such talks took place, the New York Post reported on July 16, based on a personal calendar on the laptop. The meetings took place at either the White House or the vice president’s residence at the Naval Observatory.

The latest revelation comes amid President Joe Biden’s continued claim that the two have never spoken about Hunter Biden’s business dealings, which have included transactions with entities and individuals in countries such as Russia and China.

One of the talks occurred in February 2012, when the young Biden met with his father at the Naval Observatory. It came four days after Hunter Biden was wined and dined by billionaire oligarchs in Moscow.

In November 2015, Hunter Biden met his father again at the Naval Observatory, two days after returning home from a trip to Romania.

On April 15, 2016, Hunter Biden met Daniel Kablan Duncan, who was the then-prime minister of Côte d’Ivoire. Less than an hour after the meeting, the young Biden met with his father at the Naval Observatory.

House GOP Conference Chair Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y) told the Post that the latest discovery was more evidence of corruption.

“Hardly a day goes by without another revelation about how intimately involved Joe Biden was with his son Hunter Biden’s corrupt foreign business dealings,” Stefanik said. “The fact that Joe was in meetings with senior foreign leaders on behalf of Hunter and his business associates while vice president further proves that Joe has been lying to the American people.”

Cory Mills, who is seeking the Republican nomination to represent Florida’s 7th Congressional District in the midterm elections, said the Post’s findings warrant legal action against the Bidens.

“Hunter Biden should be arrested and Joe Biden impeached,” Mills wrote on Twitter.

W.H.O. Activates Monkeypox Emergency Panel as Case Numbers Soar

Soaring monkeypox case numbers have been cited by the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) as the reason it will reconvene its expert committee to decide whether the outbreak constitutes a global health emergency.

The move comes on the back of an official in New York City reporting a spike in monkeypox cases where incidents more than doubled in the past week. The official states the outbreak in the nation’s largest city accounts for 30 percent of all U.S. cases, as Breitbart News reported.

The U.N. subsidiary health agency is now aware of 9,200 cases in 63 countries at the last update issued Tuesday.

AFP reports monkeypox infections have been slowly building since early May outside the West and Central African countries where the disease has long been endemic.

But a majority advised the W.HO.’s chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus that the situation, at that point, had not met that threshold.

Now a second meeting will be held on Thursday.

“The emergency committee will provide its views to the W.H.O. director general on whether the event constitutes a PHEIC,” the agency said in a statement.

“If so, it will propose temporary recommendations on how to better prevent and reduce the spread of the disease and manage the global public health response.”

A statement will be issued in the days following the meeting.

Among the cases who reported at least one symptom, 81 percent presented with a widespread rash on the body, 50 percent presented with fever and 41 percent presented with genital rash.

Taxpayer-funded NPR Launches ‘Disinformation’ Reporting Team Ahead of Elections

Taxpayer-funded National Public Radio (NPR) is launching a “disinformation” reporting team, prompting mockery online by those who pointed out the liberal network’s long, sordid history of suppressing information it did not want the public to hear.

In October 2020, for example, NPR refused to report on the story of Hunter Biden and his infamous laptop, which suggested that then-Democratic Party nominee Joe Biden had lied about his links to his wayward son’s corrupt foreign business deals.

At the time, NPR tried to justify its lack of reporting on the issue in a newsletter by public editor Kelly McBride:

[T]he biggest reason you haven’t heard much on NPR about the Post story [on Hunter Biden] is that the assertions don’t amount to much.

“We don’t want to waste our time on stories that are not really stories, and we don’t want to waste the listeners’ and readers’ time on stories that are just pure distractions,” NPR Managing Editor for News Terence Samuel told me. “And quite frankly, that’s where we ended up, this was … a politically driven event and we decided to treat it that way.”

The handful of stories that NPR has produced about the NY Post investigation have been limited to how Facebook and Twitter are restricting distribution of the story or how families of those seeking treatment for addiction are impacted by the portrayal of Hunter Biden’s struggle.

Like other left-leaning outlets, NPR considered the Hunter Biden laptop story “disinformation” — though it has proven to be authentic, and the attempts to dismiss its legitimacy were themselves the only “disinformation” — right before an election.

Earlier, after the 2016 election, NPR’s ombudsman suggested limiting live interviews of conservatives, after this author was interviewed on Morning Edition and challenged NPR’s reporting, as well as its focus on racial content in programming.

NPR’s new “disinformation” team comes just weeks after the Biden administration’s attempt to set up a “disinformation” panel within the Department of Homeland Security collapsed amid public scrutiny of the views of its would-be leader.

Communist China Backs World Economic Forum Acolyte Rishi Sunak to Replace Boris Johnson

The establishment favourite to succeed Boris Johnson as Prime Minister, former Goldman Sachs banker and World Economic Forum acolyte Rishi Sunak has received the tacit backing of the Chinese Communist Party this week, with Beijing’s top English-language propaganda newspaper declaring him the candidate to have the most “pragmatic” stance towards China.

Rishi Sunak, one of the wealthiest members of Parliament as a result of his marriage to Indian businesses heiress Akshata Murty, is currently in the lead among support from other Conservative MPs in the contest to replace Boris Johnson as the leader of the party and therefore Prime Minister.

In addition to the Westminster establishment, Sunak received praise from the Global Times, the typically belligerent foreign mouthpiece for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

The state-run newspaper described the former Chancellor of the Exchequer as “the one candidate with a pragmatic view of developing balanced ties with China,” as opposed to other candidates such as Foreign Secretary Liz Truss and Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Tom Tugendhat, both of whom have taken a harder line on Beijing on issues such as Hong Kong and Taiwan.

While the paper quoted international affairs “expert” Wang Yiwei of Renmin University as saying it is unlikely that UK-China relations will return to the so-called “golden era” under former prime minister David Cameron and his chancellor, George Osborne, he said that the “elites in London will eye emerging economies like China and India to make up their losses in Europe after Brexit.”

Going on his past statements, it is perhaps correct of Beijing to assume that Sunak would be the most friendly prime minister towards the communist regime, having said in 2020: “I think with China we also need to be realistic and hard-headed and I’d say probably transactional in our approach to that relationship, rather than being starry-eyed about it.”

“China is going to be a significant feature of the global economy, and only increasing in significance, so it would be wrong to ignore that.”

In his Mansion House speech in 2021, Sunak said that it will be important for Britain to take advantage of the emerging financial services sector in China through partnerships with the City of London, and for the United Kingdom to partner with the totalitarian state on “global issues like health, ageing, climate and biodiversity.”

This January, the then-Chancellor is reported to have been pursuing a “complete sea change” in relations with China ahead of the reopening of trade dialogues with Beijing after two years of quiet during the Wuhan virus crisis.

National railway strike APPROVED by locomotive union… all trains in America may HALT this coming Monday

Some 57,000 rail workers across the United States are slated to walk off the job on July 18 in protest against low wages and poor working conditions.

According to reports, the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen (BLET) voted by a resounding margin of 99.5 percent to authorize a strike if such action becomes legal and “necessary to secure a contract worthy of their consideration.”

As we reported previously, a strike like this threatens to halt all train movement across the country, which is about the last thing the already battered supply chain needs.

In a statement, BLET National President Dennis Pierce said that this is the first nationwide strike vote since 2011, but that it is necessary because railroads “used and continue to use their economic strength to steamroll their employees, their customers and the nation, all for the sake of their bottom line, and it is clear that they have no intentions of changing.”

In the third year of the national contract negotiation process, he added, “the rail carriers have never made a contract proposal to our union that their employees, our members, would accept.”

Even if Biden does intervene, that will only add another 60 days maximum of buffer time before a nationwide strike occurs anyway

The Railway Labor Act requires a 30-day cooling period, which is currently underway, since the two sides failed to reach an agreement in talks before the National Mediation Board. That cooling period ends on July 18.

Unless fake president Joe Biden intervenes by naming a Presidential Emergency Board to investigate the dispute and release recommendations for a settlement, America’s trains will stop in less than a week.

“That would block a work stoppage for another 60 days – 30 days while the board investigates and makes its report, and 30 days after the report issued,” reports Trains.com about what a Biden intervention would accomplish.

The National Railway Labor Conference is expecting that Biden will name a board, and various business groups including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce are calling on the regime to do the same.

“It is imperative that the administration act to prevent any disruption to America’s rail service,” wrote Chamber CEO Suzanne Clark in a letter to Biden earlier this month.
