My family had a friend who married into a vegas mob family (back in the early 70's)..
He always taught me "secret handshakes" and told me this one is the one to use to get out of trouble.
There are many handshakes..
That is a low level shake.. Looks like first (as the thumb on top of the first or third knuckle denotes which one)..
The finger grip on the bottom show more and higher levels.
