During a House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing, Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA) asks Secretary of State Pompeo: "Do you believe there is a "criminal deep state" at the State Department?" Pompeo responds, "I don't believe there's a "deep state" at the State Department."
