BREAKING: A federal judge will hear evidence against the use of electronic voting machines in Arizona

A Federal Judge Will Hear Evidence Against The Use Of Electronic Voting Machines In Arizona

A federal judge will hear evidence against the use of electronic voting machines in Arizona’s upcoming midterm elections on Thursday, July 21.

Ordered early Monday morning, Judge John J. Tuchi granted the hearing in response to a request for a preliminary injunction against the use of electronic voting machines and subsequent motions to dismiss filed by defendants Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs and the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.

The original injunction was filed by plaintiffs Kari Lake, a candidate for Arizona’s gubernatorial race, and Arizona state Rep. Mark Finchem, who is running for secretary of state.

On July 21, a federal judge will hear the request from @KariLake and @RealMarkFinchem for a preliminary injunction to block the use of electronic machines in elections. Sets up to three hours for the hearing.

— Mary Jo Pitzl (@maryjpitzl) July 14, 2022

“As there is substantial overlap in the motions, the Court will entertain consolidated presentations from the parties,” the judge ordered. “Plaintiffs will have no more than two hours to present all argument and, as pertains to their application for injunctive relief, evidence. Defendants shall have no more than three hours collectively to present their argument and evidence.”

In the complaint, Lake and Finchem argued that they have “a constitutional and statutory right to have their ballots, and all ballots cast together with theirs, counted accurately and transparently, so that only legal votes determine the winners of each office contested in the Midterm Election.”

Electronic voting machines, the plaintiffs contended, are not “reliably secure” and do not meet the legally required standards to ensure a secure election.

“The use of untested and unverified electronic voting machines violates the rights of Plaintiffs and their fellow voters and office seekers, and it undermines public confidence in the validity of election results,” the complaint reads. “Just as the government cannot insist on ‘trust me,’ so too, private companies that perform governmental functions, such as vote counting, cannot be trusted without verification.”

Noting that experts have warned of the vulnerability of electronic voting machines, the plaintiffs requested that the judge order the defendants to collect and count votes by hand, using verifiable paper ballots, while maintaining voter anonymity and transparency “in a fashion observable to the public.”

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, who assisted with filing the lawsuit, reported news of the hearing Friday on “The Lindell Report.”

“This is historical news,” he said. “This is our first preliminary injunction, everybody, that started a month and a half ago. … A judge is really gonna look at the evidence! It’s amazing!

Lindell, a vocal opponent of electronic voting machines, announced in April that he would help file preliminary injunctions in several states, including Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Colorado.

“The preliminary injunctions are to get machines out of our elections once and for all,” Lindell said.

In recent months, the issue of election integrity has been brought back to the forefront following the release of “2000 Mules.” The film, with its explosive allegations of ballot trafficking during the 2020 election, raised questions among voters of all persuasions regarding the legitimacy of the current administration.

Gregg Phillips

AZ has a mess on their hands.

Pinal County (reg voters: 275,000) injecting 63,000 new ballots into the system guarantees losing candidates have a cause of action.

The County screwed up by not being prepared. Then he followed up his screw up with the injection of the new ballots.

The Secretary of State is also culpable.

All are likely lawyering up because they are busted.

We know in advance this time. This is happening before our eyes.

Watch closely.

Maricopa County Offering Bonuses to Temporary Election Workers

As final preparations for the 2022 August Primary and November General election take shape, the Maricopa County Elections Department is now offering the opportunity for temporary election workers to earn up to an additional $1,750 bonus. The incentive seeks to ensure the county has the staffing necessary to support Maricopa County voters.

With more than three million ballots expected to be cast between the Primary and General elections, the Department must hire temporary staff for bipartisan ballot processing boards, delivery drivers, warehouse staff, as well as technical set up personnel to support each election.

The bonuses were included as part of Maricopa County’s recently approved FY2023 budget, where the Board of Supervisors reduced taxes and implemented cost-saving measures to assist both taxpayers and county employees with rising costs and inflation.

"Elections are truly a community undertaking," said Chairman Bill Gates, District 3. "It's not just county staff involved in running safe, secure elections, it's also your neighbors and friends who work with us. By approving extra pay for temporary election workers, the Board is making an important investment to ensure a smooth experience for registered voters and bipartisan oversight as ballots are counted."

A $1,000 bonus will be awarded to temporary election staff who work 240 hours and a minimum of four weeks during the August Primary and/or November General elections. To be eligible for a $1,750 bonus, the temporary employee must work 400 hours and a minimum of eight weeks over the same time period. The bonus will be paid in December and is limited to temporary election staff working at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center.

"The temporary workers who join our team are the backbone of running safe, secure, and transparent elections,” said Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer. “They deserve to be rewarded for their commitment to the institutions of democracy in Maricopa County, and I am proud that we as a county will be recognizing their efforts and rewarding them with this well-earned demonstration of our gratitude.

Maricopa County Elections Department’s partnership with the community is vital in its success in facilitating elections. These workers possess the right mix of skills and ensure balanced political party representation to support the efficacy of election services.

“An FBI agent began asking questions about Kurganov. The agent, tasked with investigating potential foreign influence in US companies, was curious about Kurganov's speedy rise in Musk's inner circle, and Birchall grew concerned that Musk could be drawn into a widening investigation.”

What about the Clinton Foundation? Or Dianne Feinstein employing a Chinese spy for 10 years?

This is for those who don't understand what a backchannel is.

Think logically, 45 has consistently slammed the MSM re: how they lie about EVERYTHING (propaganda was legalized by 44 via the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012). The Q team chose to use the chans/8kun to "go around them like nobody in history has gone around them", as 45 said in my post above (in this thread). Rallies are nothing new but a President using a secret backchannel to communicate with us is one for the history books!

Harriet Hageman smashes fundraising record in her bid to oust Liz Cheney

Trump-endorsed GOP candidate Harriet Hageman of Wyoming is smashing campaign fundraising records ahead of a high-stakes primary election where she will face off against incumbent Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo.

Hageman raised an impressive $1.8 million in campaign donations during the second quarter of 2022, breaking her previous fundraising record of $1.3 million, which she raked in during the first quarter of her campaign, according to Breitbart.

I promise to always be a champion for the people of Wyoming. As a fourth-generation Wyomingite, I know what we need to be successful. Spread the word and tell your family, friends, and neighbors to get out and vote between now and August 16th, so we can finally put Wyoming First. pic.twitter.com/6zo3Qyu5u4

— Harriet Hageman – Text WYOMING to 90103 (@HagemanforWY) July 14, 2022

Hageman has become an incredibly popular alternative to Cheney, who has garnered the ire of Wyoming voters for her animosity toward President Trump.

“Liz Cheney is about America last,” Trump told a crowd of supporters at a Save America rally in Casper, Wyoming, in May.

He added, “In many ways, worse than the terrible Democrats are the backstabbing, RINO Republicans who are helping them do their act. And there is no RINO in America who has thrown in her lot with the radical left more than Liz Cheney. She has gone crazy.”

Hageman has steadily led in the polls since her endorsement from President Trump. A recent Club for Growth PAC poll from WPA Intelligence found that Hageman was holding an overwhelming 30-point lead over Cheney ahead of the August primary election.

According to Breitbart’s report, Hageman has raised $4 million since 2021, when she announced her campaign. In an exclusive interview with RSBN, Hageman stated that she believed her opponent was failing to connect with Wyoming voters.

“My major advantage over my opponent is the fact that Liz Cheney isn’t from Wyoming, doesn’t come to Wyoming, hasn’t been accountable to Wyoming, and isn’t carrying out the agenda that the people in Wyoming want,” she said.

The Wyoming primary is on Aug. 16.
