The ID issue has happened before and, if I remember correctly, it's a result of the VanwaTech servers (aka reverse proxy servers) not passing your IP to the 8Kun servers properly. Consequently, the post count for the proxy server keeps going up and the ID is the same. If you happen to hit a different VanwaTech server, you get a different ID etc.
At least that's how I remember it.
