What would you guess the ROE for any armed personell is down there in regards to US citizens?
For example, if a squad of us shows up and starts firing on the invaders to repel them, would the border security/national guard (or whatever it may be) actually be allowed to fire back at us?
That would open the door to getting rid of the barbarian invaders and the traitors in the US government working at the border.
In minecraft, obviously.
