She (Nasim) was a Persian Bahai who tend to be staightlaced and rather conservitive. Search Baha ullah for more info on the Faith. Bahai's are persecuted in Iran so no doubt she knew what prejudice was all about. It is a religion of peace that was born of Islam but jihad is strictly forbidden. Baha ullah was the founder and prophet. I doubt she is transgender. Pic's of her hands and as a little girl in Iran indicate a girl by birth but I could be wrong. It would go very much against the Bahai scriptures to raise a child as trangender. I've tried to get more info on her father but I'm not as autist as many others here. Being brought up in the Faith I would appreciate any help getting to the bottom of this. What she did was totally out of character for a devout Bahai (or devout Christian for that matter). Just a theory, but I think the reason she only managed to get 3 shots was because it went so much against her beliefs that she was able to break her conditioning long enough to put herself down before she could cause more grief. She's /ourgirl/ but when we remember her we should remember the 3 innocent victims she shot that day. Having been shot myself, I can tell you it's a most terrifying experience.
