Anon, you are exactly right on the CoS to Amend the Constitution. The chance of the so-called "Runaway Convention" would be almost impossible as every proposed amendment and or new amendments would all be decided on and agreed to before the gavel went down and the Convention started.
Mark Levin's "The Liberty Amendments" went into great detail in how all of this would take place and actually, there has already been a mock Convention that took place at Mt. Vernon a few years back in which repesentative citizens from all 50 states participated.
This is "The Answer". The Constitutional answer. The "States" have more power than they know and it is time to bring this about in conjunction with the American State Assembly movement now assembled in all 50 states and working to "Reconstruct" the unincorporated united States of America. The ongoing effort is to return every living man and woman, child to the land and soil jurisdiction of the states. The territorial and municipal corporations that have been ruling over US for the last 165 years are bankrupt and are being liquidated. Our identities were stolen at birth, put under Admiralty law of the Royal Crown and Vatican and declared "missing at sea" while the cabal raped, pilfered, stole, leveraged and profitted from every State National dead and alive since. Have been told on good authority that "The Plan" is part and parcel to this effort.
