>Celibacy should not be a determining factor for priesthood or being a nun, that is a vow that should be elective.
Celibacy is a choice, and it is a conscious choice. It is not impossible to honor it, either.
If you want to be a religious, (monk, nun, etc), or a priest, you make that vow.
Millions have done it before, it is not unheard of. It is a commitment.
If you think it is impossible for you, then don't do it. Go be a half-assed monk, priest, etc somewhere else. Form your own half-assed church if need be… Plenty have done this already. You've got plenty of role models and paths available to follow.
Obviously, the job is not cut out for a person with a weak will, or a frivolous understanding of life, the seriousness of their religion, what it means to take a vow, and also their own abilities.
