Tax issues are so easy to prove, any DA could do it in his sleep. That's what brought down Al Capone, regardless of the hundreds of murders, prostitution, smuggling, laundering, gambling, likker violations he committed.
And likely, IMHO, Hunter is ratting out his family, Clowns, CCPs, Ukes, in exchange for the tax and gun problems.
