So I have been doing some research into any links between Denver International Airport and Loop Capital. DIA was built a few years prior to Loop’s incorporation. Loop is one of the financial partners on the current renovations and upgrades at DIA, but as far as I can tell, it was not directly involved in the original building of DIA or the artwork. I did find some interesting things about the original construction of DIA. No info on who funded it, but there are some theories about the artwork and underground design involving the CIA, Illuminati/Freemasons, and child trafficking. One family involved with the original construction was the Ansbachers (artwork consultation, and relatives connected to the Hunt family [linked to the CIA and JFK assassination], the Clinton administration, and other family members associated with financial companies involved in scandals).
Loop Capital has several senior people who have worked together at other companies, notably KPMG. Darrell Williams used to work for Salary Security, LLC which specialized in government contracts, and also for DuSable Capital, LLC, which worked on CIA/NSA projects. Its current CEO, Frank White, was VP of Obama’s 2012 campaign.
But unless there is something about DIA (planes and trains) that connects into Loop Capital more directly, I would say that the meme was inaccurate.
