I just had a discussion with a self professed Anarcho-Communist co-worker.
Holy shit the hubris on that guy.
"You clearly don't understand communism"
"I come from a tradition that's over 200 years old, we already answered all those questions"
"Look it up dude"
"A state is a top-down ruling structure, therefore communism isn't a state because the people rule from the bottom"
"You can have a ruling body without a state…"
"Read this wikipedia article about it"
All he did was change definitions to suit him and whenever pressed he told me to read up on it because I was wrong but he couldn't be bothered to tell me how.
And he still thinks he came away from that discussion the victor.
All it served was to show how annoying and mindless of an idiot he is…
