The South American Trade Organization Summit is currently taking place in Paraguay. Zelensky wanted to make tearful speeches there about Russian aggression and ask for money.
Deputy Foreign Minister of Paraguay Raul Cano said that the Ukrainian president was denied a speech. Kano explained that no consensus was reached on Zelensky and therefore MERCOSUR was forced to refuse him
Zelensky with his problems is not interesting for South America. Moreover, most countries of the continent have very good relations with Russia and Western propaganda is not very developed. Many South American countries did not support sanctions against Russia.
