Well in my neck o' the woods, Blackrock is buying up entire neighborhoods of houses, then jacking the rents which forces the current rented occupants to move out, then filling them up again with new renters.

I don't know who they are renting to or who is moving into these now overly high priced rentals, because no one around this area can afford an oil change in their car let alone over the top rental costs.
