So right now, if it was January for a basis, DEFCON [1], if understood as shown by notQ, delta/graphic/Qlock side by sides would be a specific marker of type 1 for future reference if false flags or fake news etc need SEC from POTUS/Q. Hand(s) delta would be like shown on notQ clock/upright.
