I'm saying that the January 6 Commission is illegal

It is a fraud on the American people

It has made accusations publicly against many citizens

placing many citizens and their reputations in jeapardy

and if there is no relief to be found

then the courts must create a relief

Congress cannot act with impunity

cannot hold a mock trial in public without answering for this

They are not above the law

as the code says

then where is the relief???

This needs to be stopped.

The Judicial Branch is the way to stop it.

I've been watching recaps of the Bannon trial

here:

and this lawyer explains the problem with the judge

being that the Judicial Branch does not like to tell

the Legislative Branch

how to conduct their business

and for that reason

the judge ruled against Bannon

who wanted to judge to rule on the legality of the Commission

as the commission is not working according to the stated parameters

My view as a non lawyer

is that

once Congress makes a Commission

it becomes something like a law

and as such the Judicial Branch can and should

oversee the legality of it

because it is using its powers on citizens

in this case depriving citizens of their right

to face their accusers

and to fully defend themselves

as officials of the government

they are obliged to operate within the parameters of the Constitution

granting rights in any venue it operates

Constitutional rights are supreme over all

I am differing with the stance that Judicial cannot oversee this commission

if this commission is operating outside the constitution

and constrained by the parameters given by the whole Congress

the Commission on January 6

was created by a vote of the whole Congress

They tried to created a joint panel

but the Senate did not pass it

so Pelosi created this piece of crap Commission

I assume it required another vote

but it is possible she used the original

and just "tweaked it" to suit her

this Commission had gone through a big debate in Congress

and had come at last to agreement

on how it would be organized

what their mission would be

what the rules of the mission would be

and originally it was to be 15 members

8 democrats 5 republicans

as it stands, it is 9 members

7 democrats 2 republicans

Minority leader was not allowed to choose those members

pelosi picked the Republicans she wanted to have on it

Bennie Thompson is THE ONLY ONE with subpoena power

where in every other commission set up by Congress

it requires approval by both sides

before a subpoena can be issued

this is a show trial full of false narratives

acting under color of law

in order to harass citizens

and deprive them of their peace and comfort

every witness I've seen looks terrified

they are afraid to misspeak even the smallest thing

lest this tyrannical monster of a commission

decides to call them "liars under oath"

and imprison them

THAT IS WORSE THAN A TRIAL

to place someone in jeapardy

without a chance to protect themselves

is horrifically againast our Constitution

I know how you feel, BUT

we must hang on to our Constitution for dear life

It is our life saver.

We can't throw the baby out with the bath water.

I have researched many years.

I came upon the subject of "insurgency"

and learned that the way to destroy an organization

is to join that organization

and work your way to the top

by doing all the right things

and once you get power

you destroy it.

This reminded me of Mitt Romney's reputation.

One of his great stories

is how he acquired a washing machine manufacturer

which had been the main employer in a small town

and Romney came in and cannibalized it.

It began with buying cheap parts.

A cheaper product that costs the same.

Little by little the company began to fail.

people were laid off

Then bankruptcy was declared, I believe.

and the plant was closed.

They've been doing this to our beautiful country

for 100 years.

We must save our country.

We must believe in its promises.

It is a blueprint for peace and freedom.

Without it, we would have been destroyed.

We are the hope of the world now.

WE must fight for our beautiful country.

and that means learn its ways

prove its value

make it better again

because our elected officials

have neglected it badly

and destroyed the advances we had made

and now pass laws that are crazy

Trump has the right idea.
