Biden Energy Secretary CHEERS Record Gas Prices, Destruction of US Middle Class: “We’re Witnessing Beginning of One of Most Significant Events in Human History”

Under Joe Biden gas prices have soared to astronomical new highs.

The average price for a gallon of gas in the US today is $4.43 per gallon.

The previous all-time record high for a gallon of gas in America was $4.11 back in 2008.

Joe Biden blew past that months ago.

That was the plan.

Joe Biden is crushing the US middle class.

That was his plan all along.

Today Biden Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm cheered the price of gasoline and electricity in America.

Granholm says, “We’re witnessing the beginning of one of the most significant events in human history… It can’t progress fast enough.”

These people do not care about the suffering of fellow Americans.

These people are evil.

Larry Summers: Congress should raise taxes to fight inflation ‘right now’

Congress is missing an opportunity to combat decades-high inflation by failing to implement tax hikes, former Clinton administration Treasury Secretary Larry Summers asserted on Friday.

Summers, a frequent critic of the federal response to inflation, argued that lawmakers should consider raising taxes as another means of cooling the economy — with a focus on corporations and wealthy Americans.

“The right thing to do is to raise taxes right now to take some of the demand out of the economy,” Summers told Bloomberg. “We can raise substantial revenue by cutting corporate tax loopholes.”

While Summers backed tax hikes on the wealthy — a measure also supported by President Biden and many prominent Democrats — he noted that it was “not the time for stimulative fiscal policies.”

In particular, he said Biden should not extend the lengthy pandemic-era moratorium on student loan payments or use tax proceeds to bankroll a “big new spending program.” Biden has called for corporate tax hikes to fund a long-stalled, massive spending bill on climate and social programs.

Instead, Summers noted that more tax revenue would assist with “short-term deficit reduction.”

Summers also appeared to take a dig at moderate Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia — who indicated last week that he would not consider supporting the inclusion of tax hikes in a spending bill without seeing more inflation data.

“We can generate significant revenues simply by enforcing the tax law and taking some of the money out of high-income tax evaders who then go and spend the money, and that’ll contribute to reduced inflation as well,” Summers said.

“I sure wish we could get past this basically ludicrous economic idea that tax increases are inflationary. It’s just not right,” he added.

Inflation surged to a four-decade high of 9.1% in June, according to federal data. The Federal Reserve is widely expected to implement a larger-than-normal interest rate hike next week in its latest bid to tame prices.

New England Journal of Medicine: Unvaccinated COVID Patients Are Contagious for LESS Time Than those Vaxed or Boosted.

A study published in the New England Journal of Medicine showed that people vaccinated against COVID-19 remained contagious with the virus for a longer period of time than their unvaccinated counterparts.

The disparity in contagiousness was particularly pronounced between the unvaccinated and individuals who did not receive a booster shot.

The findings were published in a letter to the editor signed by dozens of doctors from a variety of hospitals in Boston, Massachusetts in the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine in June. From July 2021 through January 2022, researchers studied 66 participants who contracted COVID-19, including 32 people with the Delta variant and 34 with the Omicron variant.

Researchers compiled a variety of graphs tracking how long people remained contagious with the virus, using both PCR tests and viral cultures as indicators.

When the data was separated into the categories “unvaccinated,” “vaccinated,” and “boosted,” individuals who did not receive a COVID-19 vaccine were contagious for a shorter period of time.

Regarding positive PCR tests, within the first 10 days of contracting the virus 68.75 percent of unvaccinated subjects were no longer contagious. In contrast, just 29.72 percent of vaccinated and 38.46 percent of boosted people were no longer contagious.

Fifteen days into the study, 93.75 percent and 92.31 percent of unvaccinated and boosted people, respectively, were no longer contagious; however, just 78.38 percent of vaccinated people weren’t contagious.

Zelensky refuses peace talks

The Ukrainian president claims Russia will not stop until it gets “smashed”

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, explaining the reasons behind his country’s refusal to negotiate with Moscow, compared Russia to an insatiable “cachalot” who would not understand the language of diplomacy.

In a Friday interview with the Wall Street Journal, Zelensky responded to the recent remarks of his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, who said earlier this week that Russia and Ukraine could have ended their conflict in March if Kiev had not withdrawn from negotiations.

Calling this statement “total delirium,” the Ukrainian leader said that, prior to Moscow’s offensive, he had been trying to talk to Putin for a long time but he couldn’t be bothered to take a phone call.

“He came here without talking, killed people, displaced 12 million, and now says Ukraine doesn’t want to negotiate. They just murder people, destroy cities, enter them, and then say: ‘Let’s negotiate’. With whom can they talk? With rocks? They are covered in blood, and this blood is impossible to wash off. We will not let them wash it off,” Zelensky said.

Now, five months into the military conflict, Ukrainians believe that all of the country’s territories must be “liberated” before any negotiations can resume, according to him. Zelensky stressed that he would prefer to conduct ‘de-occupation’ in a non-military manner but, in his opinion, Russia would not understand anything until it got “smashed in the face.”

Moreover, he believes there is another reason conducting talks no longer makes sense. Russia will never stop seizing Ukrainian territories, he claimed.

“It is a cachalot that has swallowed two regions and now says: Freeze the conflict. Then it will rest and, in two or three years, it will seize two more regions and say again: Freeze the conflict. And it will keep going further and further. One hundred percent,” the Ukrainian leader said.

Meanwhile, Putin said that back in March, Moscow and Kiev had “actually reached an agreement, the only thing left to do was to sign it.” “In order to create these conditions, our troops withdrew from central Ukraine, from Kiev, but the Kiev authorities refused to implement these agreements” and have no desire to do so even now, the Russian president added.

Moscow and Kiev started peace talks four days into the Russian military offensive in Ukraine in late February. The sides held several rounds in person in Belarus and then continued the talks via video link. In late March, delegations from Russia and Ukraine met once again, in Istanbul. Since then, however, the talks have stalled completely.

Russia sent troops into Ukraine on February 24, citing Kiev’s failure to implement the Minsk agreements, designed to give the regions of Donetsk and Lugansk special status within the Ukrainian state. The protocols, brokered by Germany and France, were first signed in 2014. Former Ukrainian president Pyotr Poroshenko has since admitted that Kiev’s main goal was to use the ceasefire to buy time and “create powerful armed forces.”

In February 2022, the Kremlin recognized the Donbass republics as independent states and demanded that Ukraine officially declare itself a neutral country that will never join any Western military bloc. Kiev insists the Russian offensive was completely unprovoked.

Play it again Sam

REPORT: Trump Allies Plan To Go Nuclear On The Swamp If He’s Re-elected

Former President Donald Trump and his allies are planning a second attempt to “drain the swamp,” should he run and win in 2024, according to a new report.

Conservative allies plan to staff his administration with young professionals who agree with the former president’s agenda by reimplementing Schedule F, a Trump-era executive order, Axios reported Friday.

Trump created Schedule F in 2020. The executive order formed a category of federal employees who are in, “Positions of a confidential, policy-determining, policy-making, or policy-advocating character.” Under the executive order, the employees who fill these positions are subject to change during a presidential transition.

“The Federal Government benefits from career professionals in positions that are not normally subject to change as a result of a Presidential transition,” the executive order read.

The Schedule F category could apply to as many as 50,000 federal employees, allowing Trump to fire thousands of federal workers effective immediately. The tactic could extend to employees at the FBI, the State Department, and the Pentagon, Axios reported.

Trump’s staffers were hardly all in on the president’s goals during his administration. Trump’s famously strained relationship with former National Security Adviser John Bolton culminated in Trump firing him. Trump later told the Daily Caller that Bolton was a “dumb maniac who wants to go to war with any anybody that can breathe.” In 2019, Former White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci called Trump an “orange cancer.”

As Trump continues to drop hints about a potential run for president, Conservatives are creating a “new inner circle,” in an effort to avoid the staff revolts of the Trump administration. Schedule F may provide them with the necessary space to fill with ideologically aligned staffers.
