Somebody here said cable stations can not be fined or shutdown for fake news because they are not broadcasting.
Excuse me, but transmission from station to a satellite is a broadcast.
That broadcast then is sent to other cable companies which have satellite dishes, then it is pumped from that cable provider to the house, the point is, they are still broadcasting via satellite and microwave transmissions which is still through the air.
So why is the FCC not being put into play?
