The BIA is, I think, one of the largest "slush funds" ever seen in the US. The wrongdoing is ultimately not with the tribes' use of funds, perhaps? When Q mentioned AIM, my first thought was the American Indian Movement. I also thought it was kiiiiind of interesting how the dig on AIM somehow seemed to completely avoid the American Indian Movement.
