I'm wondering if this was an attempt to hijack the phrase when it counts so that people find his book instead of the reasons why the storm is upon us.. Keyword hijacking as it were.
The other thought I just had was whether it was a signal to [their] military in the hope that they would be saved by them or a signal to bunker down in their hide outs.. I think most of us expect it to be a signal for action of some kind, just for the benefit of which side.?
