I once met a Pillar of a local church. He had lost his house due to hospital bills.

Dying from cancer and being kicked out of his house, having to move into the local slums.

His daughter had asked for help moving him in the church he built. She didn't go to it.

Only people who showed up to help this poor man move after loosing his self built house to the doctors were 10 or 12 of her pothead friends with their 25 year old Pick ups.

Not one of those "Christians" showed up.

Parking lot full of 2010 or better F350's and shit every Sunday.

My Lilacs are approaching 12' on one side. 6 or so on the opposite side. Started the front this year so I'm about 5 years out from full encirclement at 4' adding about a foot per year after that.

Only way into the property will be through the gate.

Mine are about that old. I get smaller and smaller blooms each year. Not sure why.

All of what I have comes from those fist 7 plants left over from the previous owner.

I've transplanted all of the others myself.

I get like 2 weeks each year where that is all you can smell in the yard. I love it.

It's totally Weather related where I am. If I get a freeze after late March I get nothing. My fruit trees are the same way.

I started covering them a few years ago during late storms and that seemed to help but I loose some growth in height and they spread out more from the weight of snow and rain.

I might just wrap them this year and see what happens.

Take them out about April fools day.
