That is a really bad case of eczema. I had it a long time ago. That and ear infections and the flu every damn year for months on end, pain all over my body, etc, etc, etc. All stopped by doing one thing and one thing only - eliminate GMO Corn from your diet. That cured me of all of it. Haven't had the flu since 2011, and the only time I get an ear infection now is when I make a mistake and eat something with GMO Corn product/by-product in it. The eczema is gone and never came back.
