Sorry. The guy is insisting on entering the place on his own when only a woman and her child is there. He presented a clear and present danger to her. If he had a partner, then she could still refuse if he can't produce a warrant.

When confronted by police, they have no idea if he is real or not. They would normally secure a person with a gun, especially when the claim is made that he is a fake cop THEN sort it out. He refused to comply and was treated just like any of us would be if we were jerks.

He may be a real ATF guy, but I suspect he had bad intent or at least was stupid in trying to enter alone, and then not complying.. Why would he try to force a door without backup?
