well Obama and hillary funded Issis under the laws they passed wouldnt that make them enemy combatants same principle for the Bushes with 9/11. If you didnt notice a couple of weeks ago the DOJ issued a warrant related to 9/11 and asked France to extradite the person. They can use the millitary to charge them all like this.
