All doctor assessments, are always neither 'against objectivity' nor 'against subjectivity' in any PRACTICAL way.
Action is always logically uniting of the artificial 'division' of subjectivity and objectivity, as if the human mind is logically divorced and behind a firewall vis a vis 'external' reality.
The mind itself is an objective and subjective phenomena if either of those INCOMPLETE terms are to be presented as 'you are only ever being objective or subjective'.
More relevant to THIS case however is that, thankfully, SCOTUS ruled that the federal state IS NOT AN AUTHORITY OVER WHAT CONSTITUTES 'OBJECTIVITY' OR 'SUBJECTIVITY' IN ANY CITIZEN'S PERSONAL HEALTH.
