I mean, most ppl appreciate a thoughtful response and a speaker taking their time to articulate what they mean to say - of course! And this was so slow it became barely articulate.
Having said that, I did spend the rest of the trying to suss out what he was getting at with the 12th amendment stuff, in particular when he addressed the criticisms of it being "inartfully worded" and then when one of the counsel paraphrased his words and he was like "Well, that's not how it's presented on the record with Congress but basically, sure."
WTF did that even mean???
