White people are the waste product of what's left when every other Special Interest Group gets it's piece of the pie. White people get the crumbs. Especially Straight White Males, because they don't fall into any SIG.

Get rid of affirmative action and quotas and many of these problems will be solved. Merit based, instead of race based, opportunities.
