Our government gave out SBA bailout loans at 3% interest, can't even use it to enhance my business. All it's going tward is payroll & overhead. Anyways, I'm stuck with a 30 year loan the US Government gave & took away deliberately.

I'm in the same boat.
Just applied for a home loan. First they told me I was eligible to borrow around 318 K, then they told me I'm not eligible because my business taxes showed a 58 K loss. "FROM 2020 LOCK DOWNS" Dammit!
Well I'm screwed… No home, and loosing my business. A slow death. And 150 K in debt to the Government. For the money they stole back from the planned recession.
Only according to them, there isn't a recession.
