Developing hypothesis….
@Jack mentions a long while back about using Bitcoin on Twitter…for lots of reasons.
Musk buys a shit ton of Bitcoin in early 2021, but sells it in either late Q1 or early Q2 2022. BUT that fact isn't releases until Q2 disclosures in Q3 of 2022 (July).
Meanwhile, he makes an offer for Twitter, gets them all tied up and discredited about their bots and other shenanigans, and finally reneges on the offer. Twitter then fights and wins for an earlier (pre-election 2022) hearing rather than Musk's preferred Jan/Feb 2023 hearing.
All the Twitter stuff happened BETWEEN selling Tesla's Bitcoin and actually disclosing the sale.
So question: Is an early hearing Musk's briar patch which he baited Twitter with an assumption of a large Bitcoin holding, which was part of future Twitter business plans? Or something similar?
