Every single FF shooting has these contradictory stories.
The FFs are set up so that they can control the narrative. But afterwards, they have to do a mop of job of all of the stories that people have that contradict the narrative, because they don't have total control of the situation.
There are always pieces of the puzzle that don't fit. Always. That's how lies are exposed. That is why they label anyone who asks questions a Crazy Conspiracy Theorist. It's part of the mop up.
