Important indicators of coming SCOTUS rulings before recess:
WV v EPA
>AK just passed their 2023 budget today, which includes funding for oil and mineral exploration, development and production.
>the EPA just grabbed over 1million acres in AK
>this rolling may not only effect the EPA but may extend to ALL regulatory agencies as UNCONSTITUTIONAL ENTITIES delegated by the Legislative branch.
>Legislative Delegation may be deemed unconstitutional as soon as tomorrow
>2/3rds of all unelected swamp creatures may be told to pack their shit or else.
>States will no longer have to listen to them.
>This may spark the foretold civil war amongt civil servants…
Brandon V TX
>This should be due sometime before July 4th
>51 dead Mexicans in a truck isn't a good look
>likely stay in Mexico will be upheld
