Consider this: When the bot gets refined properly it may run for over 24hrs continuously.
We recall sporadic ip hopping bots recently. This is level up from that.
Expect better from them.

Suggest:
Rotate the banner (like a distress signal) in the threads used for bait. Especially if you intend to ban all of it's posting ip's.
Or use text overlay in banner "banning" or something like.
A great number of anons are forced to be anons in the same manner?
