Thanks for noticing that the Internationals section dropped out of the dough. Why it's important to bring dough change suggestions here, so stuff doesn't just disappear. Probably happened sometime after Q started posting and changes were being made willy-nilly. Was there for months prior.
Will take a look at current OP page and see what could use revising, input welcome. But whatever resource info is there, needs to be concise. This was the consensus in Jan and I agree - espec when we know Q intends to post. Key info is in the Resource thread, putting links in OP allows anons to find it.
Re newcomers:
There is an entire NEWFAG thread plus PRACTICE thread. Can put bare bones in OP and direct newfags to other threads for more info/practice.
One reason i've left the OP page alone is that it's a tempest in a teapost. Change one thing, and other stuff comes up with endless variations.
But internationals definitely deserves more focus - at the very least, a link like the one in the cap. ANY BAKER is invited to restore that link -

often it's necessary to click on the Verification field to see capchas, may be a slight lag.
If that doesn't work, explain what happens instead or make an mp4 to demonstrate.
